Xenopus cDNA libraries

A number of cDNA libraries were used in generating the Xenopus ESTs, the majority of which are from the Xenopus Gene Collection Library. Details on these libraries and their contents (via EST analysis) can be viewed at:

• tropicalis libraries

Information on older libraries are available from the old Xenbase static site. We have some new tools under development that will add EST data to Xenbase gene pages.
