HoxD1 (Xhox.lab1) nucleic acid

Cloned by H. Sive. Data provided by Peggy Kolm. Predominantly expressed in the posterior ectoderm during gastrula and early neurula stages.
At early neurula the anterior boundary of expression lies in the posterior hindbrain.
