CS2+MT(myc tag) Notes on polylinker maps for CS2+ derivatives These pages show the polylinker regions for several CS2 derivatives. Only the sequences between the Hind3 and SnaB1 are shown; sequences outside this region are identical to CS2+ (except for CS2+IREScbetagal). For fusion proteins, the reading frames associated with different restriction sites in the polylinker are consistent among all derivatives, except for the Bgl2 site in CS3+MT. Restriction sites shown are unique unless they are in parentheses. Primer sequences shown are primers we have synthesized and used for sequencing and PCR.
