CS3+MT
CS3+MT
This vector was constructed by Anne Vojtek (FHCRC). It contains a Bgl2 site immediately after the MT that is in the same reading frame as the BamH1 site of several common two-hybrid system vectors (e.g. pBTM116). This facilitates moving clones from the two-hybrid system vectors to CS3+MT. The vector is otherwise identical to CS2+MT in all respects (see that description for more details). Note that the Bgl2 sites in the polylinkers of the CS2+nbgal and CS2+cbgal use a different reading frame than CS3+MT.
