Green Fluorescent protein

Mike Klymkowsky's lab has modified the pCS2MT plasmid to include a 3' green fluorescent protein in either S65-> T or S65 -> A mutant forms. These work very nicely in Xenopus. Blue fluorescent forms are also available.
