1. 2. 3.
1. Stage 15. Ets-1/ets-2 expressions in the neural crest cell masses and the border of the neural plate.
2. Stage 18. Ets-1/ets-2 expressions in the crest and at the limit of pro- (P) and mesencephalon (M). Branchial, hyoid and mandibular crest segments are indicated with yellow letters.
3. Stage 21/22. The neural crest cells have started their migration. The mandibular arch is encircling the forming eye, whereas the hyoid and branchial arches are migrating ventrally. Note the increase in expression along the dorsal midline of the neural tube.
4. Stage 36/37. Ets-1/ets-2 are strongly expressed in the cranial (gV, gVII-VIII) and vagal (gIX-X) ganglia. E : eye ; OV : otic vesicle. Embryo was cleared in Murray's reagent.

5. Stage 37/38. Ets-2 expression in the pronephros (PN) tubules and pronephric duct (PND). CG : cement gland. Embryo was cleared in Murray's reagent.

6. Horizontal section through the pronephric tubules (PNT) and pronephric duct (PND).

4.5.
6.

7 and 8. Stage 39/40. Horizontal sections showing respectively Ets-1 expression in the forming aortic arches and intersomitic vessels (red arrows). CG : cement gland ; Ch. : Notochord. OE. : oesophagus ; S. : somite.

7. 8.
