A. Lateral view of stage 13 embryo, expression is localized to anterior endoderm and pre-cardiac mesoderm.
B. Frontal view (dorsal is up) of stage 20 embryo, expression is localized to two patches of migrating cardiac mesoderm.
C. Lateral view of stage 30 tadpole. Expression in myocardium and pharyngeal arches.
