  • The XMMR is an electronic library of information on embryonic development of the frog, Xenopus laevis. This site contains a collection of wholemount staining patterns using both antibody and nucleic acid probes, a What's New? page, methods book, Xenopus supplier listing, Xenopus community white pages, and more.

The XMMR has been incorporated into the Virtual Library.

A few favorite markers; Maintained by Peter Vize (personal homepage) at the University of Calgary, Canada

Submissions of images and protocols are very welcome.

The XMMR has now been incorporated into the Virtual Library, a group of related electronic catalogs of web sites and electronic data for biologists. Mirrors of the Virtual Library can be found at: East Anglia (UK)
